This guy is literally the worst POS ever and can’t even do his job. I took in my car to change a battery changed which he didn’t even touch and he said that it was fine, I literally had to jump start my car the day before. M he just lies just to say he did something when in reality he is just lazy. I try to make an appointment however he rudely hung up on me because the day that I wanted he didn’t have and then when I try to make it for another day he hung up on me again. Extremely rude extremely obnoxious he needs to retire and work as a bagging man at Publix or something

I AM VERY SORRY, MUST BE A MISUNDERSTANDING. YOU BROUGHT YOUR CAR IN BELIEVING IT TO BE A BATTERY PROBLEM, I THAD JOHNSON CHECKED YOUR CAR BATTERY AND FOUNDE IT TO BE IN GOOD CONDITION, YET IT WOULDN'T START. I BELEIVE IT IS POSSIBLE THAT THE KEY YOU HAVE TAPED TOGETHER WITH MEDICAL TAPE OR SOMETHING IS CAUSING A SECURITY PROBLEM, MAYBE THE ADHEISIVE IS COATING THE SENSOR THAT READS THE KEY. BUT WITH THE INTERIOR OF THE CAR IN THE CONDITION IT IS IN, I THOUGHT IT BETTER FOR MY HEALTH TO HAVE YOU CLEAN IT AND THEN RETURN ON YOUR APPOINTMENT DATE. WE EXPLAINED THIS TO YOUR GRANDMOTHER, THEN YOU CURSED MY SHOP MANAGER AND CANCELED YOUR APPOINTMENT, WE THEN FILLED THAT APPOINTMENT, THEN WHEN YOU DECIDED TO CALL BACK AND KEEP YOUR APPOINTMENT YOU CURSED HIM AGAIN BECAUSE WE DIDN'T KEEP THE APPOINTMENT YOU CANCELED..... THE PHONE CALLS ARE RECORDED FOR THIS PURPOSE I WILL REVIEW THEM FOR YOU
